# Executive Summary

> One org-wide view of delivery health for leadership.

The **Executive Summary** is a leadership-level view that rolls up the whole organization into a single screen — less granular than the team dashboard, designed for a VP Eng or CTO who wants the headline, not the per-engineer table.

## What's on it

Every tile is a headline that links to its full page:

* **DORA four keys** with their Elite / High / Medium / Low bands (links to the [Delivery & Quality](/metrics/dora) page).
* **Goals on track** — how many of your [working agreements](/goals) are currently met.
* **Experience Index** — the latest survey composite (0–100) with its trend ([surveys](/surveys/overview)).
* **AI-assisted work** — the share of merged PRs involving AI ([AI metrics](/metrics/ai-metrics)).
* **Top initiatives** — the three largest initiatives by PR count, linking to the full [Investment & Cost](/metrics/investment) view.
* **Share exec report** — generate a private, read-only [executive report link](/dashboard/executive-report) to send to leadership.

Each card loads independently, so a hiccup in one data source doesn't blank the whole page. The full investment mix, its weekly trend, and the delivery trend live on their dedicated pages; the week-over-week anomaly callouts and AI Insights live on the [Team Dashboard](/dashboard/team-view).

## Date range

Like the rest of the app, the executive view respects the date picker, so you can frame the summary to a sprint, a month, or a quarter.
