The Team Dashboard is the main view in DevPerform. It shows aggregated and per-engineer metrics for your entire roster (or a filtered team) over a selected date range.

Summary cards

The five cards at the top give a quick snapshot of the period:
  • PRs Closed — total PRs closed across all visible engineers
  • Avg Cycle Time — median cycle time averaged across engineers
  • Review Turnaround — median time-to-first-review averaged across engineers
  • PRs Reviewed — total review participation
  • Avg Merge Rate — average merge rate across engineers
These update instantly when you change the date range or team filter.

Per-engineer table

The table below the summary cards breaks down every metric by engineer. Click any column header to sort. Click any engineer row to drill into their individual view. Use the search box to filter the table by name without changing the summary cards.

Charts

Four charts visualize the team breakdown:
  • PRs Closed vs Reviewed — who’s authoring vs reviewing
  • Cycle Time & First Review — time-based comparison across engineers
  • Lines Changed — output volume by engineer
  • PR Size Distribution — stacked bar showing each engineer’s size habits
Charts always reflect the team filter and date range, same as the summary cards.

Badges

Standout performers in a period earn badges next to their name:
BadgeMeaning
⚡ Speed DemonFastest cycle time on the team
🔍 Thorough ReviewerMost review comments
🚀 High OutputMost PRs closed
🎯 Sharp ShooterHighest merge rate
🤝 Team PlayerMost PRs reviewed
Badges are relative — they go to the top engineer in each category for the current date range. They’re meant as fun recognition, not rankings.
